Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Chris came to the United States in the early 2000s with a seasonal work program. What began as an opportunity to travel around the world, turned into a 20-year career, and passion for providing excellent service and Food and Beverage experiences. Chris has managed food service operations for several prestigious country clubs in Florida and in the Midwest. Most recently, Chris held the title of Food and Beverage Director at The Polo Club of Boca Raton (Platinum Club of America) and Banquet Manager at Boca West Country Club (Ranked #1 Residential club in the World), which are two of the premier clubs in Boca Raton.
