Community association manager (CAM) oversees the daily operations and administration of the homeowner association (single family homes and common areas). Managers duties include administrative duties for the Board of Directors, coordinating with on-site maintenance and landscape managers, enforcing community rules, and addressing resident concerns to ensure the community runs smoothly and efficiently. Lynn Ann Hyduk has nine years of experience in the property management industry. She specializes in the management of HOA and condominium communities. Lynn Ann is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and has obtained her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation and is a Florida Licensed Community manager. Lynn Ann has her Bachelor of Science degree in economics from George Mason University.
