Paula was born and raised in New Jersey and graduated from William Paterson University with a BSW and minor in Business Administration. She has been a Fitness professional for over 30 years and is a certified AFFA, ACE, IDEA trainer and group fitness instructor. Paula was the regional director for North Jersey Bally Total fitness in the 90's, as well as the owner of Fitness With Paula, LLC, for over twenty years. She sold her business and moved to Naples where she continues her passion of helping people in the Wellness industry. Paula has been married to Sal for 25 years, and together they have three children: 21 year old twin girls, Cara and Mia, and 23 year old son, Christian. In her free time, you'll find her working out, cooking for her family and boating.
